Frequently Asked Questions
Honest answers to what travelers ask us most — about visas, documents, tours and how we work. Anything missing? WhatsApp us.
Visas
It depends on why you are travelling — a holiday needs a tourist visa, a university admission needs a student visa, and meeting family may need a visitor or family visa. The simplest way to find out is to message us on WhatsApp with your destination and purpose. We will look at your situation, explain the categories that apply to you, and suggest the one that genuinely fits — not just the easiest one to file.
Earlier is always safer. Processing times vary widely by country and season, and appointment slots for popular destinations can fill up fast during holidays. As a general habit, start your visa work as soon as your travel dates are roughly fixed — ideally a couple of months ahead for most countries, and even earlier for student visas. Tell us your travel date and we will work backwards from it with you.
No, and please be careful of anyone who does. Visa decisions rest solely with the embassy or consulate concerned — no consultant can promise an approval. What we can promise is honest advice on whether your profile is worth applying with, and a carefully prepared, complete file that presents your case in the best possible way. That is where a consultant genuinely makes a difference.
Yes, this is something we handle often. A refusal is disappointing, but it is not always the end of the road. We will go through your refusal letter and previous application with you, try to understand what likely went wrong — missing documents, weak financials, unclear purpose — and then advise honestly on whether reapplying makes sense and how to strengthen the new file. Bring your refusal letter to the first conversation.
Documents
The exact list varies by country, but most tourist visas need a valid passport, photographs as per specification, bank statements, income proof such as ITRs or salary slips, and your travel plan — flight and hotel details. Some countries also ask for travel insurance or a cover letter. Once you tell us your destination, we will share a precise checklist and go through your papers with you before anything is submitted.
Yes. A well-written statement of purpose or cover letter can make your application much easier for a visa officer to understand — it explains who you are, why you are travelling, and why you will return. We help you draft these in your own voice, based on your real circumstances. We never use copy-paste templates, because officers read hundreds of applications and generic letters stand out for the wrong reasons.
For some destinations, yes — Schengen countries, for example, require travel insurance with a minimum coverage before a visa can be issued. For many others it is optional but strongly recommended, because a single medical emergency abroad can cost far more than the policy ever will. We can arrange travel insurance for you along with your visa or tour, so it is one less thing to organise separately.
Tours & Tickets
Absolutely — our published itineraries are starting points, not fixed menus. Want an extra night in Bali, a better hotel category in Dubai, or a honeymoon touch added to Kashmir? Just tell us. We will adjust the destinations, duration, hotels, and inclusions around your dates, group size, and budget, and share a revised plan on WhatsApp before you commit to anything.
Yes, of course. Many of our customers use us just for air tickets, hotel bookings, or a single service like travel insurance. You do not need to buy a full package to work with us. Send us your dates and destination on WhatsApp and we will share options — and if a package later makes more sense for your trip, we will tell you honestly.
Yes, we help arrange both so your trip comes together in one place. Travel insurance can be added to any tour or visa file, and we assist with foreign exchange requirements for your travel as well. Sorting these alongside your bookings means the coverage dates and amounts match your actual itinerary — a small detail that avoids problems at visa and immigration stages.
Working With Us
We are at D-3034, 3rd Floor, East Court, TRP Mall, Bopal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380058. TRP Mall is a well-known landmark on the Bopal side, so it is easy to find, with parking available at the mall. If you are coming from South Bopal, Shela, Ghuma, or the SG Highway side, we are just a short drive away. Do message us before visiting so we can keep time for you.
Our office is open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM. We are closed on Sundays. That said, you do not need to wait for office hours to start a conversation — drop us a message on WhatsApp any time and we will reply as soon as we are available. If you want a proper sit-down discussion, let us know in advance and we will fix a convenient slot.
The easiest way is a WhatsApp message. Tell us where you want to go and why — holiday, study, work, or visiting family — and we will take it from there with a few simple questions. There is no form-filling to begin and no obligation. If your case needs a detailed discussion, we will invite you to the office or set up a call at a time that suits you.
Yes, we work with customers across India. Most of the process — understanding your requirement, sharing checklists, reviewing documents, drafting letters — happens comfortably over WhatsApp, email, and calls, so your city is rarely a barrier. Documents can be shared digitally or by courier where originals are needed. Several of our clients have completed their entire visa or tour booking without ever visiting the Bopal office.
We accept the commonly used payment modes, and you will always receive a proper receipt for whatever you pay. Charges are explained to you clearly before any work begins, so there are no surprises later. For the current list of accepted payment options and how payments are staged for your particular service, just ask us on WhatsApp or at the office and we will spell it out.
You certainly can apply on your own — many people do. Where a consultant helps is in avoiding the small, expensive mistakes: a missing document, a weak cover letter, a wrongly chosen visa category, or an appointment booked at the wrong time. We have seen what complete, well-presented files look like across many countries, and we put that experience into yours. You still make every decision; we make the process clearer and calmer.
