Inquiries travel via WhatsApp — nothing is stored here
This website has no database and no server-side form processing. When you fill any inquiry form or tap a WhatsApp button, your details (such as name, phone number, chosen service and message) are used only to compose a pre-filled WhatsApp message on your own device, which is transmitted via WhatsApp to our business number when you press send. Nothing you type is saved, logged or stored on this website or its hosting servers. If you do not press send in WhatsApp, nothing reaches us at all.
What we receive and how we use it
Details you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email are used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request — visa assistance, bookings, tours and related travel services. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. Documents you share for visa applications are used only for preparing and filing those applications.
WhatsApp's own processing
Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) under its own privacy policy and terms, which we do not control. Please review WhatsApp's privacy policy for details of how it processes messages.
