Nature of our services
DevShree Immigration & Tourism® is a private facilitation and consultancy firm. We provide guidance, documentation assistance, application filing, bookings and related travel services. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
No guarantee of visa approval
Visa and immigration decisions rest solely with the respective embassies, consulates and government authorities. DevShree does not and cannot guarantee the grant of any visa, permit or immigration status. Our responsibility is limited to preparing and presenting your application diligently and accurately based on the information and documents you provide. Government fees paid to authorities are non-refundable regardless of outcome.
Accuracy of information you provide
You are responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of all information and documents supplied to us. Concealment or misrepresentation can lead to refusals and bans imposed by authorities, for which DevShree cannot be held liable. We refuse work involving forged documents or misrepresentation.
Tour packages, bookings & pricing
All package itineraries are indicative and customisable. Package prices are quoted individually and are subject to availability, season, currency movement and confirmation at the time of booking. Airline fares, hotel rates and third-party charges may change until ticketed or confirmed. Cancellation and amendment terms of airlines, hotels and other suppliers apply in addition to any DevShree service charges communicated at booking.
Third-party services
Flights, cruises, hotels, insurance, foreign exchange and ground transport are provided by third-party operators under their own terms. Travel insurance is offered in association with IRDAI-registered insurers; foreign exchange is facilitated through RBI-authorised partners; passports are issued solely by the Government of India. DevShree acts as a facilitator between you and such providers.
Timelines are indicative
Any processing times discussed are indicative only and depend entirely on the concerned authorities and suppliers. Plan travel dates with reasonable buffers; DevShree is not liable for delays caused by embassies, airlines or other third parties.
Intellectual property
The DevShree name, logo and website content are the property of DevShree Immigration & Tourism® and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
